chore(benchmark): deprecate primitive benchmark pipeline

Once #348 and #349 land, asap-tools/execution-utilities/benchmark/export_to_database.py, export_to_arroyo.py, and run_benchmark.py will be superseded by experiment_run_clickhouse.py. These scripts should be deprecated with pointers to the new runner.
