Add verified SAT test centres in the UAE to data/places/sat_centre.json.
Scope
The UAE is a major SAT market with a high concentration of international schools. Priority cities:
- Dubai (highest volume — multiple venues)
- Abu Dhabi
- Sharjah
Notes
Dubai alone likely has 10+ active SAT venues across American, British, and IB international schools. This issue would benefit most from a contributor based in the UAE who can verify addresses and current registration status.
Data requirements
Each entry must follow the schema in data/CONTRIBUTING.md. Use "exam": "SAT" and include valid_till.
