Feature description

after creating a new file, ask me weather to open that file now, or dismis and let me do something else

Use Case

I may want to open the file in the editor directly after creating it, so I can start coding quickly. and also, I should have the option to not do so if I would like to create multiple files rapidly

Benefits

It will make the development faster. since when create a file I assume it will be opened directly in the editor, but some people may wish to create multiple files at once before open one of them which is currently the existed behavior in the IDE
