Mirror the agent-guidance setup from `codeanalyzer-typescript`: add a `CLAUDE.md` describing this repo (what it is, the analysis pipeline, a directory map, dev commands, working conventions, and the release-announcement upkeep task), and symlink `AGENTS.md` and `GEMINI.md` → `CLAUDE.md` so Claude Code, AGENTS.md-aware agents (Codex/Amp), and Gemini all read the same guidance.
