Samples table needs more detail

The samples table results need more detail. two issues:

1. the current samples table includes columns for "place" and "date". These appear to be mostly (possibly entirely) blank. If there is data available for these, they should be displayed.
2. the samples table should also include columns for Material type, Object type, and sampled feature.
