Steps to Reproduce:

1. In WSL repo, checkout to a PR branch.
2. Show empty page on the GitHub Pull Request.
3. Can not recovered via reload or reinstall plugin.

I'm not able to reproduce this. Can you share the output from GitHub Authentication?
