"Hi, I signed up for a Phoenix Code account. Your pricing page shows '15-day free trial, no credit card required' for Phoenix Pro, but when I click Upgrade to Pro, it goes directly to a payment page. Could you please activate the trial for my account? Thank you."

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the confusion.

The 15-day Phoenix Pro trial does not require clicking Upgrade to Pro or entering a credit card or logging in with an account. The trial starts automatically in the Phoenix Code desktop app after you install and launch it.

The Upgrade to Pro button takes you to the paid subscription page, which is why you are seeing the payment screen.

To check whether your trial is active, click the profile icon at the bottom-right of Phoenix Code. If you are on the Pro trial, you should see the trial status there, similar to the screenshot below.

If the trial has not started for you, or if it already expired before you could try Pro properly, please email us at support@core.ai with the email address used for your Phoenix Code account, and we’ll help you out.
