Some regex may compile, but not actually fully work the same in JS, we should probably review this to ensure the same behavior and maybe add some tests before we add #3069 target or really before we need to do #3069. I am aware some regexes are definitely incompatible but I can't remember which ones as well. Though @fire-light42 opinion on if we should very carefully review this beforehand or fix it on an as-needed basis as issues are found?
