No audio on Dell XPS 16 DA16260 (SKU 0DBA) - No SoundWire machine driver found

Hi, I have no audio on my brandnew panther lake laptop. I hope this issue describes my problem (I created it with claude).
I can confirm the dmesg output and the SKU. I cant tell if the note that is added in the issue is right.

System:

• Laptop: Dell XPS 16 DA16260
• DMI product SKU: 0DBA
• Kernel: 6.18.35_1
• sof-firmware: 2025.12.2
• Distro: Void Linux

Problem:
Internal speakers produce no output. wpctl status shows only "Dummy Output".
The HiFi profile exists but is marked as unavailable. Active profile is "off".

Note:
A similar fix was already submitted for Dell Panther Lake SKU 0DD6.
This appears to be the same hardware (Cirrus Logic CS42L43 SoundWire codec)
but a different SKU variant that was not included in that patch.

I think step 1 would be to attach the whole dmesg lets us have a look through for what issues might be going on. It would also be better to try a slightly newer kernel there has been a fair amount of churn on this PTL generation.

A few minor Claude-corrections this laptop is cs42l45 not 43, and I am not sure what patch it is referring to for 0DD6 but that has quite a different audio architecture, probably best to link the actual patch and I will have a quick look.

i switched to linux-mainline now on void, i still have the same issue.
