[PWGLF] update ptmultCorr - event/signal loss, event splitting correction

Updates the ptmultCorr task with improved event selection and
correction infrastructure for the inclusive charged-hadron R_AA
measurement in OO and pp collisions at √sNN = 5.36 TeV.

Event selection:

• Replace sel8 with individual TVX/ITS ROF/TF border cuts
• Add configurable NoCollInTimeRangeStrict and NoCollInRofStrict
  isolation cuts (default off)
• Add configurable selHasBC and selHasFT0
• Add RCT quality check for data processes

MC corrections:

• Add event loss and signal loss corrections for pp and PbPb/OO
• Add event splitting histograms (Nch-based for pp, centrality-based for PbPb)
• Replace McCollsExtra::bestCollisionIndex() with manual
  max-contributor computation
• Apply DCAz cut to all track types including ITS-only tracks
• Move ITS quality cuts outside hasTPC block
• Remove pT dependent DCA_xy cuts
• Remove secondary estimation configurables
