Adds the newly birthed TMHSDigital/screencast-mcp (mcp-server, TypeScript, Phase 1: 10 MCP tools for Windows screen recording, frame sampling, and minimal ffmpeg edits) and regenerates the derived README, CLAUDE, and docs registry.
