FINERACT-2455: Working Capital Loan - Repayment - on closed loans

Description

• User should be able to post repayment and close a loan (fully paid)
• User should be able to post repayment on closed loan accounts (fully paid or overpaid)
• Repayment on closed loans will be treated as overpayment and loan will be moved to overpaid status
