+- **App create — idempotent reuse on a bare `409` duplicate-name**: `client.app.create(...)` now reliably reuses an existing workflow on a duplicate name. The create endpoint's `409` body carries no `code`/`status` field, so it surfaced as a bare `AtlanError` rather than `ConflictError` and the create-or-reuse path never triggered; `create` (sync + async) now handles that case, reading the existing slug straight from the response body (with a by-name lookup fallback) and re-raising only when the name is non-unique.
