Create modules/troubleshoot/ with 9 pages moved from end-user-guide. Full JTBD checklist applied using cluster-tested downstream structure. Nav: symptom-based ordering (orient -> logs -> startup -> performance -> network -> webview). Max 2 levels. Titles: all rewritten to user goals (no gerunds). Examples: - "Troubleshooting Che" -> "When something goes wrong" - "Viewing workspaces logs" -> "Cloud Development Environment logs" - "Debugging a workspace" -> "Diagnose workspace startup failures" - "Troubleshooting slow workspaces" -> "Diagnose slow CDEs" Persona: mixed (developer + admin) callout added to all pages. Abstract: self-referential text replaced with WHAT+WHY. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
