fix: make v1 stability signals operational

Summary

• propagate Python configuration into browser instrumentation
• count actual DOM mutation records and execute framework adapters correctly
• restore React, Angular, and Vue hooks during reconfiguration
• preserve Selenium behavior while surfacing stabilization failures
• add Selenium as a runtime dependency and redact diagnostic URL credentials
• prepare the 1.0.1 package and package-install CI smoke test

Verification

• 162 tests passed
• real Chrome probes cover configuration, mutation bursts, adapters, and hook restoration
• sdist and wheel built as 1.0.1
• clean wheel install verified Selenium is installed

Local/remote tag v1.0.1 points at this commit. PyPI publication should happen only after this PR passes CI and is merged.
