Trial of a new EDA devshell mechanism introduced in lowRISC/lowrisc-nix#189
The tool versions used here are semi arbitrary for testing purposes only.
UPDATE: I'm starting to think there is no point adding this here. Adding EDA tools is not useful without the IP to use it with. The OpenTitan project has it's own dependencies and toolchains that are required in addition to just the EDA tools (
fusesocfor example), and the same goes for Mocha (Cosmic project). It makes more sense perhaps to leave the existing default devshell as the DVSim development shell. Then use upstream project specific devshells which provide the EDA tools as well as all the extra dependencies.
