fix: replace Twitter icon with X logo and fix social media links (#1016)

• Replaced old Twitter bird icon with the X logo (SVG)
• Updated Twitter URL from twitter.com to x.com/magicpeach
• Fixed Instagram and LinkedIn URLs with actual profile paths
• Removed unused Twitter import from lucide-react
