Adds a "Known Issues Workarounds" section explaining the Omnipod DASH basal under-delivery limitation and how to opt in to the compensation feature (create an empty `omnipod_drift_compensation` file in the `extra` subfolder, then restart AAPS), matching nightscout/AndroidAPS#4783. Integrates #2595 with fixes applied: - correct the MyST label to (omnipod-dash-basal-drift-fix)= so the in-page link resolves (PR had a stray `#` and mixed case) - relocate the misplaced omnipod-dash-delivery-suspended anchor to the Delivery suspended heading - drop redundant wording, trailing spaces, and fix the basil->basal typo - include only the referenced screenshot (omit 5 unused images) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

nl_rudd has identified an issue with how the OmniPod functions that causes basil dosages to be incorrect.
There is now a fix for this in main branch of stable, but these instructions must be followed to enable the feature.
This document has been updated in consultation with nl_rudd who has had input into it to ensure it's accurate and correct.
Issue this is specifically documenting - nightscout/AndroidAPS#4783
Many in the dash discord channel would benefit from this docco to enable this feature.
