Expose the EC's fan PWM set-points as a standard hwmon device (qcom_ec / hwmon_pwm), providing pwm1 and pwm2 channels under /sys/class/hwmon/hwmon*/pwmN. Signed-off-by: Kuba Pawlak <kuba.pawlak@canonical.com>
