Both this repo and salt-project-website are private, so the scheduled
release.ymlworkflow incurs paid Actions usage against the org. Removing the workflow until we redesign the trigger so it does not poll continuously on private repos.salt-install-guide (public) retains its workflow.
The follow-up design conversation is in flight; this PR only deletes the workflow file.
