Are we afraid that NASA is going out of business? 😬 Can't we download the files JIT in the script that's going to run the cases?

All these nasa meshes had to be preprocessed to create the su2 files. The cgns files are all 3D with one cell in z-direction and the plot3d files have to be converted anyway. There are some duplicates between verification and validation testcases though.
I checked the su2 binary format but the files are not really reduces in size, so I chose to gzip them instead.

Ah right... we should make SU2 3D only as well, that would put an end to the axisymmetry bugs 🤣
