Routine dependency maintenance ahead of upcoming feature work. Bumps
ruff(0.15.20),pytest(9.1.1), andtyper(0.26.8), and aligns the pre-commit ruff rev with the lockfile + CI.redisdeliberately held at 7.4.0 — couldn't cleanly verify 8.0.1 against the celery test worker, and it's a dev/integration-only dep. Left for a dedicated look.Full suite (136 tests) passes locally; lint and format clean.
