Add a "Custom PIDs" preferences section with actions to publish the local user_custom_pids.json to Google Drive and download it back, reusing the existing DriveBackupManager/AbstractDriveManager pattern from the integrations module. Download overwrites the local file and broadcasts MODULES_LIST_CHANGED_EVENT to reload the PID registry in-place, matching the mechanism already used after add/edit/delete.
