ui(dyno): align modal headers and relocate control buttons

• Fixed failing Jest tests for DynoManager by properly mocking HTMLCanvasElement context and isolating test logic.
• Relocated the pull selection dropdown to the left sidebar (above signal search) with full width to prevent text truncation.
• Moved the "Save PNG" export button to the main chart header for better spatial grouping.
• Synchronized header heights (64px) and padding between the left sidebar and right main panel to fix border alignment issues.
