Remove the schema_tx metrics, which were deleted from core in 1.39. Promote the Boost API note from preview to generally available, and rename the now-misleading BoostPreview import alias to BoostNote across the five pages that render it.

First round of 1.39 docs. Targets
v1-39/mainso it ships at GA, not before.schema_tx_opened_total,schema_tx_closed_totalandschema_tx_duration_secondsmetrics, deleted from core in 1.39. This was the wholeSchema transactions (deprecated)subsection; no inbound anchors.BoostPreviewimport alias was renamed toBoostNoteto match.Site build passes.
Note on the Boost label: it reads
Added in v1.39to match the other feature notes. Boost's proto shipped in v1.38.0, so strictly it was added in 1.38 and goes GA in 1.39. Flagged and accepted as the established convention.
