First round of 1.39 docs. Targets v1-39/main so it ships at GA, not before.

  • Removed the schema_tx_opened_total, schema_tx_closed_total and schema_tx_duration_seconds metrics, deleted from core in 1.39. This was the whole Schema transactions (deprecated) subsection; no inbound anchors.
  • Boost API promoted from preview to GA. The note renders on five pages, so the BoostPreview import alias was renamed to BoostNote to match.

Site build passes.

Note on the Boost label: it reads Added in v1.39 to match the other feature notes. Boost's proto shipped in v1.38.0, so strictly it was added in 1.38 and goes GA in 1.39. Flagged and accepted as the established convention.

Remove the schema_tx metrics, which were deleted from core in 1.39.

Promote the Boost API note from preview to generally available, and
rename the now-misleading BoostPreview import alias to BoostNote across
the five pages that render it.
